Navigating Transitions Workshop
Are you currently considering a change or making a transition in your life?
Every age and phase of life brings change and the young adult years can be exciting and turbulent at the same time. Either way, all change is accompanied by concerns, fears, and questions: How do I know if I am making the right decisions? How do I stay balanced and maintain well-being in the face of uncertainty? How can I stay true to myself during this transition?
In this workshop, we will provide some tools, practices, and ideas that can empower you to navigate changes and transitions more effectively. This workshop will focus on 'looking within' versus dwelling on external circumstances. Through self-exploration exercises and small group interaction it will be an opportunity for you to identify the primary areas of importance in your life and determine whether change is needed. You will gain clarity about where you are presently in life, what conflicts are at play and how to make wise choices that are aligned with your values.
