Mental health is a crucial aspect of development, resiliency, and human flourishing across the lifespan, and children and youth are no exception to this. Prior to COVID 19, mental health issues were on the rise in children and adolescents; the pandemic has only exacerbated the mental health crises and more children and adolescents are struggling with anxiety and depression than ever before.

As parents, teachers, coaches, and concerned adults, we have an opportunity to speak into the lives of our youth/children as they navigate these challenging times. Join us, alongside clinical psychologist Dr. Andrea Gurney, as we examine age-old and unique developmental tasks faced by children and teens and consider research-backed strategies and principles to effectively engage with children and youth today.

Sign up so we may be prepared with food and childcare. SIGN UP HERE! Please sign up for childcare by March 31st. Any sign ups after that will be placed on a waitlist and will be admitted as space allows.
