For our Giving Tree this year you have the chance to brighten the lives of children and families at Transition House's shelter. Transition House takes a holistic approach to ending the cycle of poverty and homelessness for Santa Barbara families. Your generosity helps make the holidays special, ensuring that every child experiences the joy of Christmas, even while facing challenging times.
Each year, Transition House counts on the support of the community to fulfill Christmas wishes for the families they serve and this year we are partnering with them to make this happen. Simply grab a tag from the Christmas tree and purchase a gift:
If you would like to participate in the Giving Tree please follow the instructions below :)
1. Starting November 30th choose an ornament off the tree
2. Purchase Gift Request
3. Attach the ornament to the gift
3. Leave the gift unwrapped
4. Put the gift under the tree by Sunday, December 14th
