FEBRUARY 1ST | Denny and Cheryl Wayman
”Wisdom and Foolishness in Counseling”

Have you ever wondered how to wisely choose a counselor, how to know if counseling is truly helping, what red flags to look for and avoid, or how to get the most out of counseling?

In this class, we will explore what it looks like to use wisdom rather than foolishness in our choices for mental health and relational heath care. We will find how Wisdom integrates deep understanding and practical skills, while foolishness resists growth and results in poor decision-making.

Join us in the upper room as we explore these topics together:

*how to choose a qualified therapist who shares your beliefs and values *what outcomes to realistically expect in counseling
*how to spot red flags and avoid them
*how to wisely navigate your own care
