Shattenberg Family Medical Expenses

We love and support the ministry of Alissa and Jamie Shattenberg in Kenya and Madagascar. Over the last year, they have incurred significant medical expenses, with about $11,000 to be paid out of pocket. Most recently, their son Gavin had complex knee surgery, and  their family has had several health issues

The church has created a Missionary Medical Expense fund to assist with this and other missionary medical expenses.  If you would like to donate to assist the Shattenbergs and other missionaries with medical expenses, please mark donations as “Missionary Medical Expense.” Our church will then distribute funds as needed, including to the Shattenbergs’ current medical situation. Any extra gifts will remain in this fund to support future medical needs among all our supported missionaries. Please note that, for gifts to be tax-deductible, all donations must be designated to the fund rather than to an individual.  Thank you for your generous support and for helping us stay compliant.

So far we have brought in about $3,430 and would love to raise another $7,600.
