The 2020 Santa Barbara Mission Conference was a special time set aside to consider God's desire for boundaries to be broken down and justice to reign, on earth as it is in heaven. Father Gregory Boyle and Kara Powell were anointed speakers who helped us imagine how radical kinship could be possible in our day both across generational and socioeconomic divides. How can we reduce the distance between “us” and "them" whoever "them" might be? 

Members of JOLT (Justice Outreach and Leadership Team) at FMCSB will be doing a recap of the conference for those who couldn't attend and then providing a time of reflection/mobilizing for those who did attend.   We hope to see you there!
